All tickets are sent via email directly after your booking has been completed. Please check your junk mail folder if you do not receive an email.
e-tickets can be printed out or shown on a mobile device for scanning. Please note that only the e-ticket containing a QR code will be accepted for entry. Confirmation emails will not be accepted. If you are having problems with your tickets, please Email commercial@ytfc.net

Bringing any food into the venue is strictly prohibited. Please see our Terms & Conditions page and Prohibited Items pages for full details.
Our Huish Park venue has a several easily accessible licensed bars for the use of patrons. We will also have a selection of food vendors onsite for those who wish to eat at the venue.

If a customer is unable to attend a concert without the support of a Carer, we will provide an additional Carer’s ticket at a discounted rate of 50%. To apply, please email commercial@ytfc.net, and we will provide a one-time code for use.

Overnight parking is prohibited. Parking is charged at £5 per car, with parking tickets available from March 2026.

Bringing any drink, alcoholic or non-alcoholic, into the venue is strictly prohibited except for a sealed bottle of water or empty refillable water bottle. A Challenge 25 Policy is in place at our bar, please bring valid ID to site. Customers with specific dietary or medical needs must email commercial@ytfc.net in advance if they need to bring and consumable items with them.
We will carry out security searches at entry gates and confiscate any prohibited items.

We have seated and non-seated tickets. Please ensure you book you ticket in the desired space as access to the seated area is restricted. Please note, chairs or picnic blanket are strictly prohibited.
